We've got five fantastic spots up for grabs in our promoted offers section for each of these categories: Payment Method, Buying or Selling, Local fiat currency, and Crypto. That means a total of five prime positions where your offer can really sparkle!
It's All About the Bid! 💰
Here's where the fun begins! To get into the Top 5, you simply choose the percentage you're willing to pay on top of our standard escrow fee. Think of it as a little extra investment to get your offer noticed. For example, you could bid 0.05%, 2%, or even higher – it's totally up to you!
The Higher the Bid, the Higher the Spot! 🚀
These bids are what determine the ranking in our pinned offers section. The highest bidders get the top spots. It's a dynamic system, so the top 5 might change as new bids come in.
Keep an Eye on the Competition! 👀
Just like a thrilling race, you can be outbid at any time! If someone else comes along and offers a higher percentage, they'll jump ahead in the ranking, and your offer might move down or even out of the Top 5.

Imagine our current Top 5 looking like this:

Now, let's say a savvy trader wants to snag the #2 spot and bids 2.8%. Here's what happens:
The new ranking becomes:
- 3%
- 2.8% (That's you!)
- 2.75%
- 2%
- 1%
Poor old 0.25% gets bumped out of the Top 5 and is no longer promoted.
Important Note: Escrow Reset! ⚠️
If your offer gets kicked out of the promoted section, don't forget that its manual escrow will reset to ZERO. Keep this in mind when managing your offers!

You’ll see the current bids for each of the 5 positions.

3. Set your bid for the spot you want (1st to 5th).
4. Click Confirm and Promote.
Once confirmed, your offer will be promoted to the spot you bid for. However, if another trader places a higher bid, your offer may shift to a lower spot or be removed from the top 5 entirely — and the extra escrow fee will no longer apply.
You can also turn off promotion at any time using the offer promotion toggle. Once disabled, the added escrow fees will automatically stop.
