  • Receiving or Depositing Ethereum (ETH)

    You can deposit or receive Ethereum (ETH) in your Noones wallet in just a few steps:

    1. Log in to your Noones account and head to the Wallet page
    2. Look for ‘Ethereum (ETH)’ under Assets and click RECEIVE
    3. From there, you can copy your Ethereum wallet address or use the QR code. Reminder: make sure the amount you’ll be receiving is more than the fee.

    Notes: 

    • ETH sent from an external wallet needs 12 successful confirmations on the blockchain. You can check the status of the transaction through Etherscan by tracking the transaction ID from your Noones wallet here.
    • Noones does not support internal Ethereum transactions, you can learn more about this here. These transactions are the result of smart contract execution and are hard to track on the Ethereum blockchain. If you are missing an Ethereum deposit, please reach out to our support team.
  • Sending or Withdrawing Ethereum (ETH)

    It's so easy to send Ethereum (ETH) from your Noones Wallet to another wallet.

    Here's how you get started:

    • Log in to your Noones account and head to the Wallet page.
    • Look for Ethereum (ETH) currency under Assets and click SEND
    • Enter the recipient’s Ethereum address into the SEND TO field, or if you’re sending ETH to another Noones user, you can enter their username by clicking NOONES USER. Indicate the Ethereum amount in the AMOUNT TO SEND field and click Continue.
    • Double-check the receiver’s Ethereum address (or username) and the amount you are about to send. If you're sending ETH to an external wallet, you will also see the current fees associated with this transaction at this step. To learn more about this fee, check out this article.
    • If you have enabled 2FA for sending crypto, enter your 2FA one-time password into the 2FA Code field and click Send.

    Notes: After ETH is sent to an external wallet, the transaction needs 12 confirmations on the blockchain to be successful. You can check out the status of the transaction through Etherscan by tracking the transaction ID from your Noones wallet here.
