  • What is a Noones Wallet?

The Noones Wallet is a digital wallet given upon sign-up and allows you to securely send and receive your hard-earned cryptocurrency. Your wallet lets you see your transactions, similar to your online banking account.

All wallets come with a wallet address. To send and receive cryptocurrency to your Noones Wallet, you can simply send your wallet address to other crypto users.

There are many varieties of wallets available, whether you’re looking for a web or mobile solution—your Noones wallet helps get you up and running ASAP! For more information on wallet restrictions and how to trade cryptocurrency using your Noones Wallet, visit our Help Center.

  • Receiving or Depositing Cryptocurrency on NoOnes

When you sign up for a NoOnes account, you get a free wallet and an address specific to the cryptocurrency you wish to use, such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), or USD Coin (USDC). This address is a combination of numbers and letters (both uppercase and lowercase) in no apparent sequence.

This address never expires, so just copy it and use it to receive your chosen cryptocurrency from other wallets or cryptocurrency ATMs.

When receiving or depositing from an external wallet address, it will go straight into your NoOnes wallet, but it’s not always instant.

For Bitcoin transactions, it takes three confirmations from the network before your balance is fully available in your NoOnes wallet. The time required for these confirmations can vary, usually taking anywhere from five minutes to two hours or more, especially in cases where miners take an extended period to mine new blocks, depending on the Bitcoin network.

Ethereum and Tron blockchain transactions typically require more block confirmations to be considered secure compared to Bitcoin. For example, while Bitcoin transactions may be considered secure after a few confirmations, Ethereum and Tron transactions often require a higher number, such as 12 confirmations, before being fully validated.

To deposit cryptocurrency to your NoOnes wallet:

    • Log in to your NoOnes account and head to the Wallet page.
    • Look for your chosen cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT, or USDC) under Assets and click RECEIVE.
      • For USDT you can choose the Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20) network.
    • From there, you can copy your wallet address for the chosen cryptocurrency or use the provided QR code.
    • Enter your NoOnes wallet address for the respective cryptocurrency into the app, website, or ATM. If you have scanned the QR code, your wallet address appears on the screen of the app or ATM automatically.
    • Confirm sending the cryptocurrency to your NoOnes wallet.

Wait for your Cryptocurrency to arrive and start trading as soon as you are ready. You can also always check your Cryptocurrency transaction status.

    Warning:

    • Ensure that you are sending the correct cryptocurrency to the corresponding wallet address. For example, only send Bitcoin (BTC) to your BTC wallet address, and avoid sending any other cryptocurrency (Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, etc.) to this address. Incorrect transactions may result in the loss of your funds.
    • Please make sure that you send the cryptocurrency using the supported network and token on NoOnes. Sending cryptocurrency using unsupported tokens or networks to a NoOnes Wallet may result in the loss of funds. For more information, please check our Supported Tokens and Networks article.

    Note:

    • Make sure you have enough funds in the sending wallet or ATM. Be aware of the Minimum Limit for Cryptocurrency Transactions on NoOnes.
    • Remember that the person sending the cryptocurrency will bear the transaction fee. Usually, the amount you send, the amount you will be charged as a network fee, and the total amount deducted from your wallet are clearly shown to you before you confirm the Cryptocurrency transfer.
    • ETH
      • NoOnes does not support internal Ethereum transactions, you can learn more about this here. These transactions are the result of smart contract execution and are hard to track on the Ethereum blockchain. If you are missing an Ethereum deposit, please reach out to our support team.
  • Sending or Withdrawing Cryptocurrency on NoOnes

When you sign up for a NoOnes account, you receive a free wallet that allows you to send various cryptocurrencies to both internal and external wallets.

To send cryptocurrency from your NoOnes wallet:

    • Log in to your NoOnes account and head to the Wallet page.
    • Find your desired cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin) and click the 'Send' option.
    • Enter the recipient's wallet address for the chosen cryptocurrency into the Receiver field. If you're sending cryptocurrency to another NoOnes user, you can enter their username. Specify the amount you want to send in the Amount field, then click 'Continue.'
    • For Bitcoin (BTC), you can select the desired speed for the send-out operation in the Fee section: "Express" or "Standard"
      • Express: fast and more expensive; we pay higher network fees for miners and prioritize transaction processing on the platform.
      • Standard: we use standard network fees and the transaction is processed normally.
    • For Tether (USDT) you can choose between Ethereum (ERC-20) and Tron (TRC-20) networks.
      • Ethereum (ERC-20) network is a stablecoin known for its 1:1 value with the US dollar and widespread use in decentralized applications (DApps) and DeFi platforms.
      • Tron (TRC-20) network offers fast, low-cost transactions, making it a preferred choice for efficient transfers and trading within the Tron blockchain ecosystem.
    • Double-check the recipient's wallet address (or username) and the amount you intend to send. If applicable, you'll also see the current fees associated with the transaction for this cryptocurrency. To learn more about this fee, check out this article.
    • If you have enabled 2FA for sending crypto, enter your 2FA one-time password into the 2FA Code field and click Send.

Once the cryptocurrency has been sent, you will be redirected to the Wallet page.

Note: To ensure a successful transaction status, you can go to the History/All Operations tab and check your last outgoing transaction. If you made a transaction to a non-NoOnes wallet, read our article on how to check your Cryptocurrency transaction status.

To send Cryptocurrency to your NoOnes wallet check out Receiving or Depositing Cryptocurrency on NoOnes. Also, be sure to take a look at NoOnes wallet fees.

  • How to Check your Cryptocurrency transaction status

Sending Cryptocurrency from one NoOnes wallet to another NoOnes wallet is instant. However, for external wallet transfers, you may need to monitor the process. Here’s how to check the Cryptocurrency transaction status:

    1. Locate the Transaction ID: You can find it in the transaction history of the sending wallet provider, or in case of an ATM, on the screen and your receipt.

    Examples of Transaction IDs:

    Bitcoin (BTC): e2e400094he873ec4af1c0ae7af8c3697aaace9f7f56564137dd1ca21b448502s

    Ethereum (ETH): 0x742d35Cc6634C0532925a3b844Bc454e4438f44e

    Tether (USDT):

    • Tether (USDT) on Ethereum (ERC-20): 0xdAC17F958D2ee523a2206206994597C13D831ec7
    • Tether (USDT) on Tron (TRC-20): THzb8wvQJfZJfA6m8vzA6mBtR7vzrGd2Fz

USD Coin (USDC) on Ethereum (ERC-20): 0xA0b86991c6218b36c1d19D4a2e9Eb0cE3606eB48

    2. Go to the Relevant Blockchain Explorer to Check the Transaction Status

    For Bitcoin (BTC):
    • Go to https://blockstream.info/, https://www.blockchain.com/en/, or https://mempool.space/ and type or paste the transaction ID into the search field.
      • If you’re receiving BTC in your NoOnes wallet, the funds should arrive after 3 confirmations.
      • If you're sending BTC to an external wallet, it can take from 2 to 6 confirmations, depending on the recipient's requirements, for the transaction to arrive.
    For Ethereum (ETH):
    • You can check the status of the transaction through Etherscan by tracking the transaction ID from your NoOnes wallet here.
    • Enter the transaction ID in the search field.
    • Once you've submitted the transaction ID, you can view the transaction details, including the number of confirmations.
      • ETH transactions generally require 18 confirmations on the blockchain for success.
For Tether (USDT) on Ethereum (ERC-20):
    • You can check the status of the transaction through Etherscan by tracking the transaction ID from your NoOnes wallet.
    • Enter the transaction ID in the search field.
    • Once you've submitted the transaction ID, you can view the transaction details, including the number of confirmations.
      • A successful USDT (ERC-20) transaction usually necessitates 18 confirmations on the blockchain.
For Tether (USDT) on Tron (TRC-20):
    • Visit the Tron blockchain explorer, such as Tronscan.
    • Enter the transaction ID in the search field.
    • Once you've submitted the transaction ID, you can view the transaction details, including the number of confirmations.
      • USDT (TRC-20) transactions usually require 23 confirmations on the blockchain for success.
For USD Coin (USDC) on Ethereum (ERC-20):
    • You can check the status of the transaction through Etherscan by tracking the transaction ID from your NoOnes wallet.
    • Enter the transaction ID in the search field.
    • Once you've submitted the transaction ID, you can view the transaction details, including the number of confirmations.
      • Typically, USDC (ERC-20) transactions require 18 confirmations on the blockchain for success.

For Bitcoin transactions, this can take anywhere from 20 minutes to a couple of hours depending on how congested the network is. For Ethereum or Tron, this may take a few minutes.

If your transaction says “No Transaction Found”, the transaction never left the sending wallet. In this case, you should contact the service provider of the sender’s wallet.

Why is a different wallet address showing up on the transaction?
You may see a different Bitcoin wallet address listed on the transaction inputs but don’t worry, this is normal because your NoOnes wallet manages these for you. However, Ethereum and Tron transactions use an account-based model. In these specific networks, you have a single account address that you see during deposits. But when it comes to send-outs, the address you observe may not necessarily be yours.

  • Supported tokens and networks

At NoOnes, our priority is to deliver a secure and user-friendly cryptocurrency wallet experience. Understanding which tokens and networks are supported by our platform is crucial for the safety of your funds and the reliability of our services. This article details the cryptocurrencies and networks supported by NoOnes Wallet, highlights common mistakes, and provides tips to avoid them.

NoOnes Wallet supports the following tokens and networks:

    • Bitcoin (BTC): NoOnes Wallet fully supports Bitcoin (BTC) transactions. Users can send and receive BTC seamlessly. We support all types of BTC addresses, including Bech32
    • Ethereum (ETH): Ethereum (ETH) is supported, allowing users to store, send, and receive ETH and ERC20 tokens.
    • Tether (USDT): NoOnes Wallet supports USDT transactions on the Ethereum (ERC20), Tron (TRC20) and BSC (BEP20) networks. Please ensure you select the correct network when sending USDT.
    • USD Coin (USDC): Similar to USDT, USDC transactions are supported, but only on Ethereum (ERC20). It's crucial to choose the appropriate network for USDC transfers.

    Common Mistakes Users Make:

One of the most common errors users make is attempting to send unsupported tokens to NoOnes Wallet. These unsupported tokens and networks include:

    • Binance USD (BUSD) and Binance Network USDC: Despite the support for BEP20 USDT, BUSD tokens and USDC sent through the Binance network, typically associated with the Binance Smart Chain, are not supported. Sending BUSD or USDC tokens through the Binance network to NoOnes Wallet is not advisable and may result in the loss of funds.
    • KIP20: KIP20 tokens, associated with the Klaytn blockchain, are not compatible with NoOnes Wallet. Users must use wallets designed for the Klaytn network to handle KIP20 tokens.
    • Polygon Network USDC-PoS (Polygon): Although NoOnes Wallet supports Ethereum and ERC20 tokens, it does not support the Polygon network or its native assets like Matic. Sending tokens from the Polygon network to NoOnes Wallet may lead to irreversible loss.
    • Tron (TRX): While NoOnes Wallet supports Tron (TRX) blockchain, it is not designed for receiving TRX coins or other TRC20 tokens. Users must be cautious when sending TRC20 tokens to avoid the loss of funds.

    Tips for Avoiding Mistakes:

    • Double-Check Addresses and Networks: Before making a transaction, ensure that the recipient address and network match those supported by NoOnes Wallet. Mistakes here are often irreversible.
    • Use Test Transactions: For high-value transfers or when using a network for the first time, consider sending a small test transaction first. This can prevent significant losses due to errors.
    • Stay Informed: Regularly review the list of supported tokens and networks on our platform, as this information can change with updates to our services.

What to Do If You Send Unsupported Tokens:

    • Immediate Action: If you accidentally send unsupported tokens, please contact our support team right away. Given the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, we cannot guarantee recovery in every case. However, we will thoroughly review your situation to determine if any actions can be taken on our end.
    • Educate Yourself: Familiarize yourself with the recovery policies for unsupported tokens. Recovery is not always possible, and when it is, it often involves significant time and may incur fees.

Ensuring the compatibility of tokens and networks before initiating transactions is vital for the safety of your funds. By double-checking details and following the tips provided, you can avoid common mistakes that lead to the loss of assets. Our team is here to assist with any questions or concerns about supported tokens and networks.

  • Amount Sent is Different from the Received One?

The amount sent and the amount received on cryptocurrency transactions may differ due to transaction fees and currency rate differences.

In the following guide below, let’s say you need to send 0.05 BTC to another wallet.

    Sending Cryptocurrency between NoOnes wallets

NoOnes enables zero fees for internal send-outs. So, the amount deducted from your wallet may be exactly 0.05 BTC—If sending 0.05 BTC is equal to 100 USD, the recipient will almost always see the same rate after receiving the transaction. This is due to the fact that transactions within NoOnes are instant. Hence, the effect of currency fluctuations is minimal in such internal wallet transactions.

Sending Cryptocurrency between NoOnes and external wallets

Sending funds to an external wallet will have a fixed NoOnes transaction fees. The amount of crypto you're sending + the fee will be deducted from your wallet. The currency rate will also be different from what the recipient will see in their wallet.

    Here's Why:

    • NoOnes may use different rates from those used by the recipient's wallet service. So if 0.05 BTC may be equal to 100 USD in NoOnes, it may be equal to 101 USD or 99 USD in another wallet service.
    • External transactions may take some time; The Bitcoin value may change during this timeframe, which is beyond any cryptocurrency service's control.
      • If 0.05 BTC appears as 100 USD in your NoOnes wallet, it may appear to be worth less or more to the recipient's wallet due to a drop or increase in the value of Bitcoin
      • Keep in mind that you are sending in Bitcoin not in fiat amount, so the recipient will still get 0.05 BTC in this case, regardless of the currency rates.
    • Some other wallet services may have a deposit fee. NoOnes does not charge any deposit fee.
  • I Sent Funds to the Wrong Address. How Do I Get Them Back?

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. The only way to get your funds back is to contact the receiver and request to send them back. If you don’t know to whom the wallet address belongs to, there is no other way for us to retrieve the funds.

Warning: Always double-check and ensure that the address you’re sending the funds to matches the address of the recipient beforehand. Make sure not to fall into investment scams as well and only send crypto to your trusted person.

  • Minimum Limit for Cryptocurrency Transactions on NoOnes

Currently, the smallest amount of cryptocurrency you can send in a transaction is $5 equivalent.
The smallest amount of cryptocurrency you can send to another NoOnes user is $1 equivalent.

One of the reasons behind these limits is to prevent spamming transactions. In addition, certain fees may apply whenever sending out funds. For more information, you may check our NoOnes Fees article.

Your funds are perfectly safe with us. We provide you with all means to protect your funds. However, the overall security of your Noones wallet depends on the decisions you make.

Not only are our servers highly secure, meeting the most stringent of compliance requirements, but as an additional layer of security, two-factor authentication (2FA) should be enabled whenever you log into your account and when you send out cryptocurrency—We support Google Authenticator, Authy, and Email based two-factor authentication.
